Fares 2011

To participate in the fair is necessary to inscribe, completing the online form and paying the corresponding value. Field trips and workshops are an additional fee to cover transportation, snacks and materials.

You have three options:
- You can make your own itinerary or -
- The acquisition of Superior Access Card, a pass with a significant discount, described below, or
- Integral Card, personalized service that includes accommodation, dinner, full access to all activities, discounts and other services (See bellow)

When you arrive to the Fair is necessary go to "Acreditaciones" to pick up your credential and programme

Daily Pass
To participate in the fair only one day, you can purchase a day pass that allows access to all activities, including field trips (which have an additional cost)

Daily Pass: U$ 25 .-

The values are expressed in American Dollars You can convert to your currency here.
The values may be adjusted according to currency changes, but those who register and pay in advance should not be charged any difference if the fare increases.

The activities included in the registration are: lectures, symposia, welcome drink, visit to stands, art exhibition, competition and photo exhibition, auction and all activities in the main hall of the Convention Center.
The accreditation also includes printed materials (programs, plans, etc..) and allowed to participate in activities.
Some activities have additional costs to cover the costs (transport, meals, materials, etc.): Dinner, workshops and field trips.

Superior Access Card

With this card you will have access to perform almost all activities of the Fair, including those with additional cost both birding outings as workshops, except Training for Birdwatching Guides. This is not included in the Superior Access Card, but who do wish to receive a 10% discount on it.

The cost of the Superior Access Card: U$S 155.- .- American Dollars

Those who hold this card should inform the workshops and field trips that have chosen to do to reserve your space and manage their insurance costs.

Integral Card Personalized

Integral Card considers all the needs of participants, including:
- Superior Access (all trips and workshops)
- 4 nights accommodation at Hotel Headquarters
shared double room (in 23, out 28)
- Dinners (23, 24 and 26)
- Fellowship Dinner (day 25)
- Personal advise before and during your stay
- Registration via email at workshops and field trips chosen
